  • Cross between a Gooseberry & Black Currant brought us this delicious fruit from Germany

 

  • Edible both raw & cooked; harvested in September – great for wildlife too

 

  • Strong and sturdy 4’H x 4’W shrub; plant 6’ on center for sun and good air circulation

 

  • Full Sun for best berry production but will do well in part. Sun

 

  • Self-Pollinator; but like all fruits does better with multiples

 

  • Well-draining rich sandy soil
