Species: Hydrabgea paniculata ‘Grandiflora’
  • Vigorous up-right grower and very cold hardy – not something often said about hydrangeas around these parts

 

  • Conical flower panicles that are white and age to pink color typically 6” long. To grow larger panicles 18” long, thin to 5 -10 primary shoots; blooms in July

 

  • Flowers grow from new wood so free to prune and trim when dormant

 

  • Prefers sun to partial shade in rich moist well-draining soil – give it room to grow in your landscape
