· Tardiva is one of the hardiest of all hydrangeas. It does well in our cold Northern MI climate.
· Prefers rich moist sandy well-draining soil in full to partial sun. Good to water well 1st year and mulch
· Blooms later than most hydrangeas – August into September with large 6” to 8” panicles of white flowers
· Flowers on new wood. Prune when dormant to stimulate new spring growth. 48” H x 48” W -give it space
